145.If your car has flipped over you may use a camera to re flip it. If you use the camera to be a minge you will be warned.

147.DO NOT use the thirdperson feature to cars to look into someones base. If this is abused we will have to remove thirdperson from cars.

Prop Rules.

Base Rules:
44.While building, you may not engage in any RP situations.
45.You may have oneway props as long its penetrable both ways.
46.Fading doors must stay open for at least 6 seconds.
47.All fading doors must have fully visible keypads that are next to the fading door it controls.
48.You can have a maximum of 3 fading doors. and 3 shooting hole fading doors.
49.You are allowed to build in dead end tunnels.
50.KOS lines are allowed and can only extend to the sidewalk outside your base.
51.You can not have a KOS sign against a certain job.
52.Fake or useless keypads are not allowed.
53.You can block off extra entrances as long as there is one entrance to get in.
54.You may not megabase unless you have 8 party members. Bloods and Crips may have 6 party members to megabase.
55. The only area you can block off for a mega base is the dark area. Any other area needs a path/passageway for people to get from one tunnel to the other.
56.You can only build on a roof if you own the entire building and there is a door(spawned by the map) leading to the roof.
57.You cannot seal off public areas and claim them as yours. Even if your party has all the buildings owned.(Rule 48a. is exempt from this.)
58.No crouch bases are allowed.
59.No trap bases. (Setting a trap to make someone not able to escape/leave)
60.Prop mazes are not allowed there must be a clear path.
61.You can not have invisible/hard to see props.
62.You are not allowed to own printers or raidables and a building sign.
63.Your base must have a definitive front door.
64.You can not hide in no collided props.
65.Buttons may not be materialized and must be in plain sight. (THIS INCLUDES PROPS!). No troll size buttons, they must be a good size.
66.You may not have blackout bases. (A material used to make the whole base black so no one can see anything. This includes any color consisting with the color black.)
67.KOS Signs can't be flashing texts/switching to different texts.
68.If someone crosses your line, you can only kill them if you saw it in person, not because of a wire text screen setup.
69.Your megabase must be approved by a mod+ who is not currently in your megabase.
70.the suburbs may not be used to megabase.
71.If your base cannot be raided by PD then it's considered an illegal base.
72.Text screens must be visible to everyone which includes color and size must be atleast 40.
73.You cannot have initial delays on keypads.
74.Any structure that is in the air must have support beams.

76.You or members of your party may not own more than 1 base unless if it is a mega base.

80.Do not edit, delete or change your base while being raided.
81.Do not use keybinds to a fading door while being raided.
82.Raids may only last up to 15 minutes, with the exception of the PD, which can last for 25 minutes.

84.Do not raid the same base within 15 minutes of the previous raid.
85.Do not change your job during a raid.

116.Do not use any wire tools in the casino. You may have ONE music playing e2 in the casino. (This will result in immediate punishment if caught)
Party RulesParty Rules:
117.You may only avenge a party member at death if you were present(meaning you were there to see them die physically in game.)
118.If you see a party member get arrested you may only kill the cop who arrested the party member.
119.You must advert assist in raids.
120.Party members still have to follow server rules. This includes what job can base with who.
121.You can not abuse someone. (As in chain mugging the same person a repeated number of times.)

130.You must keep your radio/tv stationary (i.e in your base, not in the streets)
131.Do not play ear-rape(AT ALL). NSFW content is NOT allowed in public
132.Do not use radios/tvs during raids
133.Do not make your radios/tvs invisible
134.Do not place radios/tvs in another player's base
Pickpocket Rules.PickPocket Rules:
135.You cannot pickpocket AFK players.
136.You may pickpocket the same person repeatedly if they are not AFK until they notice you.
137a.If you fail to pickpocket someone, you may not pickpocket again for 2 minutes.
137b.You must advert pickpocket and you have to wait 5 minutes between each advert and 10 minutes if you are going to pickpocket the same person.
Grappel Hook/Blink SWEP Rules.Grapple hook/Blink SWEP rules:
138.Do not use grapple hook to drag people out of spawn/safezones/adminsits.
139.Using grapple on other players allows them to kos you(even if they are an admin on duty).
140.Do not use blink swep to teleport in or out of other players bases.
Car Rules
141.If someone shoots your car you are allowed to shoot them back. This includes grappling onto a car.
142.You must wait 5 min between each carjack but you must wait 10 min before carjacking the same person.
143.You may only sell a car you stole for a max of 100k.
144.You may only withhold a stolen car for a max of 20min.
145.If your car has flipped over you may use a camera to re flip it. If you use the camera to be a minge you will be warned.
146.DO NOT no collide your car to go into anyones base including your own. Doing this will result in a warn with out question.
147.DO NOT use the thirdperson feature to cars to look into someones base. If this is abused we will have to remove thirdperson from cars.
147a.DO NOT hide inside a car to avoid taking damage for any reason
